Topic: Impact of DOAS Dew Point on Space Humidity
Learning Objectives:
Dedicated outdoor-air systems (DOAS) are used in a variety of building types to provide ventilation; and when the outdoor air is dehumidified so it is drier than the space, a DOAS can help prevent high space humidity levels. But many systems designed and installed today are not dehumidifying adequately. This presentation will demonstrate the impact of the DOAS supply-air dew point on space humidity levels, at both full load and part load.
